The main objective of this project was to maximize the available space to create an interior that is both functional and spacious. Despite the small footprint of 35.5m2, the apartment’s greatest asset proved to be the ceiling height of over 4 metres. This allowed for the design of a mezzanine, which serves as an additional floor, transforming the compact studio into a modern, multi-level loft with a unique character.
